摘要
集多年工作之经验，提出了防止工程承包商高估冒算的几种有效措施。对建筑市场的规范化管理具有一定的指导作用。
Based on the long-term working experience, some effective measures of preventing the engineering contractor from exorbitant estimation and calculation are put forward. It is important to standardize the construction market management.
