摘要
[目的]为做好企沙港媒介生物防制和传染病监测工作提供依据。[方法]从1998年3月至1999年2月对企沙港媒介生物进行了本底调查。[结果]本次调查中发现鼠类2目2科4属8种,年平均鼠密度为9.54%,码头区鼠密度最高,以黄胸鼠为优势种,其次为褐家鼠;鼠类季节消长呈多峰型,以9月份最高,鼠体染蚤率12.06%,主要为印鼠客蚤和仁氏病蚤雷州亚种;鼠血清F1抗体检测阴性。蚊类4属9种,以致倦库蚊为优势种,其次为中华按蚊;年平均密度为57.33只/人工小时,以街区最高;季节消长曲线成3峰型,以4~5月份密度最高;成蚊密度与降雨量、气温有一定的关系。蝇类3科7属10种,以家蝇为优势种,其次为大头金蝇;年平均密度为91.53只/笼,以街区密度最高;以夏季为高峰期,蝇类月平均密度随月平均气温的上升而升高(r=0.6339,Tr=2.5926,P<0.025),但与相对湿度无相关关系(r=0.2352,Tr=0.751,P>0.10)。蜚蠊5属8种,以美洲大蠊为优势种,其次为澳洲大蠊;年平均密度为0.40只/瓶,以街区密度最高;以夏秋季为高峰期,月平均密度随气温升高而升高(r=0.745,Tr=4.135,P<0.0025,但与相对湿度无关(r=0.048,Tr=0.153,P>0.25)。
This article reported the background investigation of rodents and insect vectors in Qisha Port from March 1998 to February 1999. There were tow orders two families four genus eight species of rodents, which carried flea, mainly Xenop-sylla cheopis and N.wualis Leizhounsis, the positive rate was 12.06%, the superior species was R.flavipectus and the Ratlus norvegicus come second. The average of density was 9.54% per year and the density in quay was higher than other places, the rat growth and decline diagram of season appeared umlti - peak - type, which showed that the highest density was in September. The F1 antibody of krat serum was tested to be negative. Four genus nine species of mosquitoes, Culex pipiens Fatigans were superior species, and Anopheles sinensis come next. The annual avergae density was 57.33 mosquitoes per hour, the highest density was in residential district, presented tri - peak- type, the growth and decline diagram of season showed that the density in April and May was higher than others months. The density had a certain bearing on rainfall and air temperature. Three families seven genus ten species of fly, Musca domestica followed by Chry-somya megacephala, which were superior species. The kannual average density was 91.53 flies per cage and the highest density was in residential district and reached the peak in summer. Monthly average density of flies grew with the raise of average air temperature (r = 0.6339, Tr = 2.593, P < 0.025); however, it had no relation with relative humidity (r = 0. 2352, Tr=0.7510, P>0.10). Five genus eight species of cockoraches, Priplaneta americana was superiority species and Periplaneta australasiae second. The annual average density was 0.4 cockoraches per bottle and the highest density was in residential district and reached the peak in summer and fall. Though the monthly average density grew with the raise of air temperature (r=0.7450, Tr = 4.135, P< 0.0025), it had no relation with relative humidity (r = 0.0480, Tr=0.1530,P>0.25).
