摘要
介绍一种新型的具有动态串联补偿功能的故障限流器(FCL)。它主要由一个串联电抗器和一个自整流电压源逆变器组成。正常运行时,逆变器以备用模式补偿了串联电抗器的电压降。当有故障发生时,FCL将会通过电抗器和逆变器向配电线路自动加入一个相应的串联阻抗来达到限流的目的。其突出的特点是:配置简洁,逆变电压等级可以通过串联电抗来改变,能有效地限制电流,而且不会造成系统的任何暂态振荡。同时采用Matlab进行数字仿真证明了该故障限流器的有效性。
This paper introduced a new Fault Current Limiter(FCL)with the dynamic series compensate function,composed of a series reactor and a self-rectifier voltage source inverter.The inverter compensates the voltage drop of the series reactor with standby mode during normal operation.When faults occur,FCL adds a series impedance,which is large enough to limit the current,to the distribution line by reactors and inverters.
