摘要
从分析造成服役中机群内飞机使用载荷产生差异的原因入手,对规定使用用途下飞行情况变化导致使用载荷产生差异及对结构疲劳寿命的影响进行研究。结合某型飞机的外场使用数据信息,分别编制反映某型飞机平均使用情况和严重使用情况的两种载荷谱,并进行成组疲劳试验;从试验数据、当量损伤、疲劳寿命三个角度对比分析,给出由于飞行情况差异导致使用载荷变化对结构疲劳寿命影响的初步结论。该结论对型号设计有着重要的参考意义,具有一定的工程实用价值。
