摘要 针对测量系统的测量不确定度预测问题,将现代信息论的思想应用于激光跟踪仪测量系统的测量不确定度分析与预测中,采用现代信息论中的时间序列自回归模型(AR模型)建立测量系统不确定度预测模型,揭示测量系统的结构与规律,对测量系统进行预测分析,提高测量系统的测量精度。通过建立基于AR模型的激光跟踪仪测量系统的测量不确定度预测模型,对激光跟踪仪系统的测距误差进行了预测分析。仿真实验表明,基于AR模型的测量系统的测量不确定度预测模型具有良好的精度,而且该模型预测分析数据具有可靠性。 Modern information theory was used to analyze and predict the measurement uncertainty of laser tracking systems.In order to improve the measurement precision,an AR model was developed for the prediction of measurement uncertainty,by which the structure and rule of the instrument system were revealed.Based on the AR model,an uncertainty prediction model for laser tracker system was established.The simulation results for the prediction analysis showed that the uncertainty prediction model based on AR model ca...
