摘要
目的:探讨推拿手法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的高频超声观察。方法:回顾性分析30例临床诊断为肌性斜颈患儿的超声声像图,经过6个月推拿治疗,进行超声声像图前后对比。结果:推拿治疗肌性斜颈患儿胸锁乳突肌超声声像图均有明显改善。结论:推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈有效。
Objective:To explore the regime of manipulation therapy for children with congenital muscular torticollis in high-frequency ultrasound.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 30 cases diagnosed as muscular torticollis in children Ultrasonographic,after 6 months of massage therapy,ultrasound sonography before and after contrast.Results:To treat Children of muscular torticolli,with massage,sternocleidomastoid showed significant improvement in Ultrasonographic.Conclusion:The massage treatment of children with congenital muscular torticollis is effective.
