摘要
针对相控聚焦超声系统中的相位监控问题,提出一种基于FPGA的正弦波相位差检测方法,并采用OrCAD16.2 Pspice模块和ISE9.1i对由比较器芯片LM319构建的信号预处理电路和基于可编程逻辑器件XC2S200实现的倍频电路及鉴相电路分别进行分析与仿真研究。仿真结果表明,该鉴相电路可对2MHz频率以内的正弦波信号实现理想情况下1.125°的相位检测精度,并且可测得信号间的相位超前、滞后关系,能够满足相控聚焦超声系统的相位监测要求。
A phase measurement method based on FPGA is proposed in this paper for the phase monitoring issue in Phased-Array Focused-Ultrasound System.Simulations have been carried out using OrCAD16.2 Pspice module and ISE9.1i to investigate signal pre-processing circuit based on comparator LM319,and frequency doubling circuit and phase measurement circuit based on FPGA device XC2S200 respectively.Simulation results show that the phase measurement system can achieve ideally 1.125° accuracy at 2MHz and it can also give...
