高校肩负着传承先进文化的历史使命 ,新世纪高校德育工作的开展应坚持先进文化的前进方向 ,肩负起培养新型人才的重任 。
It is the historical responsibility of higher schools to spread advanced cultures.To implement the moral education in higher schools in new century,educators should stick to the direction of advanced cultures,undertake the responsibility of cultivating a new kind of talents,and coustruct new human-oriented campuses.
