摘要
从我国城市化现状出发,论证了梯级城镇体系是我国城市化发展的战略选择。首先介绍我国城市化发展的基本状况及城镇体系的相关内容,在此基础上对我国构建梯级城镇体系进行理性分析,论证了构建的必要性与可行性,并分析了城镇体系的运行机制,然后对城镇体系合理的运行区域进行阐述。最后介绍应该采取的一些措施,包括实行区域城市化方针等。
On the basis of analysis on the urbanization in China, the author points out that it is a necessary choice to build a ladder-grade system. This paper expresses corresponding contents about urban system, and discusses the necessity and possibility of building urban system. Next, it analyzes the running mechanism of the system, and then constructs the running region of it. Furthermore, some countermeasures are put forward to realize this goal, such as applying 'region urbanization policy' in different regions and so on.
