摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以滑膜慢性炎症为主要表现的自身免疫病,其病因和发病机制尚不明确。本文从短端粒、原癌基因、Th1/Th2细胞型平衡、细胞因子、NO与RA之间关系,阐述RA的发病机制。
Rheumatoid arthritis(BA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation of synovial membrane, whosecause and pathogenesis are not clearly knowno This paper attempts toreveal its pathogenesis from its relation with ielomere, oncogene,Th1/Th2,cytokine and nitric oxide(NO).
