摘要
分析高职院校的学生状况,提出了高职院校的班主任工作的思路和目标,阐述了当前班主任工作的主要内容及步骤。
The paper analyzes the situation of the students of the vocational and technical institute,and puts forward the thoughts and targets that a head teacher of the colleges should attain. And it explains the main contents and steps of the work for a head teacher at present.
