摘要
教育的产业属性决定了非义务教育可以导入市场机制 ,实施产业化经营。推进教育经营就是要把市场经济意识和教育经营思路渗透到教育规划、建设、管理的全过程 。
The industrial attributes determine the introduction of market-system into non-compulsory education,and of business operation.To enhance education industry is to realize the concepts of market economy and education industrial operation in the whole process of planning,construction and management of education,and to achieve continuous rapid healthy development of the education industry by means of promoting the management performance.
