摘要
经济主权分享是经济全球化进程中的普遍现象 ,具有相互性的特点 ,在形式上表现为一国经济主权空间和权能的分让 ,在实质上则是经济权益的互相共享。因为现实中的经济主权分享往往是不均衡的 ,通常更有益于外来经济一方 ,对进入国而言存在主权被过渡分享的不安全倾向 ,要求民族国家高效地发挥自己的主权运作效率 ,维护好本国经济主权 ,争取有益的主权分享。于是研究这种主权分享及其相关问题 ,对主权国有效地保护自己 ,充分利用好全球化的“便车”
The sharing of economic sovereignty is a common phenomenon with a characteristic of mutuality in the course of economic globalization.In form it is the sharing of the economic sovereignty's space and authority and in essence it's the mutual sharing of the economic sovereignty's benefits.Because in reality the sharing of economic sovereignty is not equal in different countries,it generally profits more a kind of economy that is from foreign countries and brings unsafe trend as far as the country that is entered by foreign economy is concerned.The facts require the national country to develop the sovereignty efficiency highly to safeguard state economic sovereignty and to win more the sharing of sovereignty's benefits.So the study of the problems of the sovereignty's sharing and the related problems will be necessary for the sovereignty states to protect themselves and make good use of the benefits of 'convenient bus' of globlization
