摘要
建立和完善竞业禁止制度是商业秘密保护的重要手段 ,本文在分析竞业禁止可行性基础上 。
To build and perfect the system of prohibition of business strife is the important measures to protect the commercial secrets.On the basis of analyzing the visibility of the system,the article puts forward conditions to judge the reasonableness and ways to implementing the sysytem.
