摘要
通过对广州体院与广州市体委合办高水平棒球队过程的组织管理、队伍建设、训练体制、培养目标、队员出路、办学经费、成果等问题的研究 ,认为广州体院与市体委合作办队新途径在国内高校竞技体制中具有较好的示范作用 ,适合在我国高校推广和应用。
The paper is aimed at study on management,building up,training system,training purpose and target of a baseball in the co operation between Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education and Sports Committee of Guangzhou city.It can contribute the growth of the team and is considered as a model of China.
