摘要
党的十六大把发展定为执政兴国的第一要务,并提出全面建设小康社会的发展目标。在落实第一要务,实现发展目标的过程中,必然会遇到各种问题和矛盾,这就要求我们必须正确处理好这些矛盾,协调好十个方面的重大关系。
Development was taken as the primary task of CPC on the 16th CPC Representatives Conference for the purpose of building a relatively comfortable standard of living for Chinese people. During striving for this purpose, we've to properly settle all contradictions and problems and to smoothen all relations concerned.
