摘要
贯彻落实江泽民“三个代表”的重要思想，必须全心全意依靠工人阶级，充分发挥广大职工群众的积极性、主功性、创造性，切实加强职工民主管理，推动生产力的发展。加强职工民主管理，一方面要从政治上给予保证，另一方面要从制度上给予落实。
We must depend on working class heart and soul，develop the positivity. initiativeness and creativeness of workers and masses to strengthen the democratic management of workers and promote the development of productivity. It should be ensured in politics，and fulfilled in system to strengthen the democratic management of workers.
