摘要
本文介绍了秦皇岛经济技术开发区实施ISO14001环境管理体系认证,推动开发区经济与环境保护协调发展的一些做法和体会,并研究了实施ISO14001国际标准与遵守我国的环境保护法律、法规、标准和环境管理制度相结合的问题,通过ISO14001标准的实施,解决环境与经济功、调发展的问题。
This article introduce some methods about how to implement the authentication of ISO14001 environ-mental management system and promote coherent development of economy and environment in QinHuangdao de-veloping district moreover it study how to combine the ISO14001 international standard and some Chinese lawand rules on environment protection. The purpose of exertiong the ISO14001 standard is the coherent develop-ment of economy and environment.
