摘要
通过文献研究、访问调查、综合分析法,对中国竞技排球所处的社会经济环境、主要制约因素进行分析,旨在为中国竞技排球健康和稳定发展提供理论参考。主要结论:社会的发展为竞技排球提供了较为有利的社会经济环境;当前制约竞技排球可持续发展的因素有:运动队伍人员文化素质较低、缺少技战术创新、后备人才缺乏等。从开发媒体潜能、排球人力资源、培养后备力量、开拓排球市场、加强教练员、运动员文化教育等方面提出推动中国竞技排球可持续发展的对策。
By looking up literatures and by investigation,the analysis and research were made on the social and economic environment of Chinese competitive volleyball.The results of the research are as follows:the development of society offers competitive volleyball with a proper social and economic circumstance.The main factors restricting the sustainable development of volleyball are the low level of literacy,the shortage of innovation and human resources.Some measures regarding these problems were put forward.
