摘要
阐述了“学习型组织”的基本概念 ,介绍了“学习型组织”理论产生的时代背景 ,分析了在2 1世纪发展“学习型组织”的必要性 ,指出了网络时代“学习型组织”虚拟化的趋势 ,提出了“学习型组织”组织建构 ,建议把高等院校办成虚拟化的“学习型组织” .
This paper expounds the basic concept of the leaming type of organization,introduces the background in which the theory was brought about and analyzes the necessity of developing it in the 21st centrury.lt points out the virtualized trend of learning type of organization in the network age,puts forwards the five aspects of its formation and finally suggests that universities and colleges should be turned into the vietualized learning-type organizations.
