摘要
在体育比赛中使用兴奋剂 ,违反体育道德 ,破坏“公平竞争”的准则 ,危害运动员的生命与健康 .简述体育比赛中使用兴奋剂的历史和现状 ,兴奋剂对竞技运动的影响及其对运动员身心健康的危害 .阐述了国际奥委会反兴奋剂的鲜明态度 ,以及我国政府反对使用兴奋剂的坚决立场和不懈努力 .旨在最大限度地控制和排除兴奋剂对竞技体育的影响 。
Using stimulant in the athletic competition is against the sportsmanship, breaks the modern athletic rules of fair competi fion, and is great harmful to the sportsman′s life and health. This article expounds the effect of the stimulant on the athletic sports and the harmful effect of the stimulant on the sportsmans physical and mental health. Furthermore, it states the determined position and remorseless struggle which the IOC and our Chinese government hold against using stimulant. The aim is to have maximum control of and get rid of the influence of the stimulant to the athletic sports and to propagate the spirits of Olympic Games.
