摘要
电子商务改变了企业的市场环境,而企业的经营活动只有不断适应环境的变化才有生命力。因此,传统企业只有进行电子商务转型才能在新环境中取得新的竞争优势。在进行电子商务转型时,企业可以从环境、市场、战略、流程四方面对自身能力进行分析,找出电子商务转型的切入点,在具体实施过程中,必须对企业原有的业务流程进行重组以适应电子商务转型的需要。
