摘要
本文报道了曙红化甲基蓝这种生化剂染料的吸收光谱及其特征参数,同时对其荧光光学性质进行初步研究。曙红化甲基蓝在可见光区域内单分子吸收光谱基本是相似的。其在不同极性溶剂中特征吸收峰在520~660nm范围之内,其值随着溶剂极性增加而略向红移。同时发现这种物质即使在极性小的溶剂中也无二聚体的形成,是很理想的光敏剂;另外通过对其荧光光谱的研究,找到这种物质的最大激发波长和最大吸收波长,从而测得其荧光量子产率1。
The absorption spectra of wright's stain are studied and its spectroscopic parameters are calculated. The similar monomer absorption spectra in the visible region showes absorption maximum between 520-660nm. The value shows a little red shift with increasing solvent polarity. Wright's stain perhaps becomes dimmer in less polar solvents. Since the dimmer dyer is usually non - photoactive,they can't be used as photosensitizer. In this paper, the absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of wright's stain are investigated, the results show that wright's stain exits as monomer in the solvent which has been studied.
