摘要
被领导者工作积极性是指被领导者在既能实现本单位工作目标,又能达到个人需要目标过程中的奋发进取的心理过程。这种积极性的形成有主观和客观原因。这就需从这些原因上去做工作,调动被领导者的积极性。
Bring a led person? s working initiative into play is a kind of strenuous psychological process in which the led person realizes the unit? s goal and his own goals. The formation of working initiative is determined by subjective and objective reasons. Thus, a lot of work need to be done so as to arouse the led person? s initiative.
