摘要
我国的罪犯奖惩制度对激励罪犯接受改造提高改造成效,起到了积极的促进作用。但是,这一制度目前还存在着一些不足之处。需要在增加奖惩措施种类、扩大奖励覆盖面、提高适用奖励措施的必然性、设立处罚复议制度等方面进行发展完善。
Our system of rewards and penalities for reforming criminals has played an active role in impelling criminals' repentence and improving reform' s effect. However, some shortcomings still remain in the system at present. We should develop and perfect this system in terms of adding the kinds of rewards and penalities, widening rewarding scope, improving the necessities of fitting rewarding measures and building a penal reconsidering system etc.
