摘要
高校学报要在工作中自觉实践“三个代表”,学报编辑必须全面提高素质,包括政治素质,道德素质和业务素质。
To practise the 'Three Representatives' conscien tiously in work of journal in colleges and universities, editorial staff of journal need raise the comprehensive attainment, which includes political attitude, moral level and professional ability.
