摘要
反腐败,既是一场政治斗争,也是一场文化斗争。当前,我国反腐败斗争的一个突出难题在于,面对传统与现实的挑战,反腐倡廉的社会文化资源相当短缺。因此,加强廉政文化建设,是新世纪我国反腐败斗争的一个重大的基础性课题。
Fighting against corruption is not only a political battle but also a cultural battle. At present, the most difficult task of our fighting against corruption is the serious lack of social cultural resources of opposing corruption an advocating a clean and honest government facing up with the challenge of tradition and reality. Therefore, to reinforce the cultural construction of a clean and honest government is a major fundamental subject of our fighting against corruption in the new century.
