摘要
现代企业物流管理应在集成思想指导下,运用制造资源计划、准时生产制、供应链物流管理等现代化物流管理手段,把企业内部和外部物流管理活动按一定集成模式构造成集成系统,以实现物流管理绩效最大化。
The paper holds that the mode of modern enterprise logistics management should be a process operation one guided by integration idea. The modernized logistics management methods such as MRPII, JIT and supply chain management should be used. The enterprise's internal and external management activities should be constructed in an integrated system according to some certain integration mode to maximize logistics management performance.
