摘要
在现代企业的战略安排中,薪酬不仅仅是回报,并且可以起到支持企业战略发展的作用。本文从薪酬制度与实现企业战略、企业变革等关系阐述了企业战略导向的薪酬观。
In the strategic arrangement of modem enterprises,salary not only serves as a reward but also plays a role in supporting the strategic development of enterprises.The paper sets forth the salary outlook directed by the enterprise strategy in the light of the relation between salary system and the realization of the strategy,enterprise changes,etc.
