摘要
“传授·训练·实践”这种德育工作模式,可使学生的知、情、意、行得到循序渐进的培养,为实施养成教育提供良好的载体。文章从“抓学生的德育认知、行为规范化和德育成果的内化”三方面论述了运用“传授·训练·实践”模式实施养成教育的流程和实效。
The moral education pattern, which contains ' imparting ', ' training ' and 'practicing', can cultivate the students' conciousness , sentiment, will and behavior, which can be followed in order and advance step by step. It can also provide an excellent carrier for cultivated edacation. This article expounds the technological process and practical results of the pattern whose cultivated education can be carried out, from the students' corgnition, behaviour standardization and the internal change of the achievement of the moral education.
