摘要
目前 ,人们在认定生产、销售伪劣商品罪的过程中存在错误认识。司法实践中 ,要准确认定生产、销售伪劣商品罪 ,应正确理解它的概念 ,并在弄清其犯罪构成的基础上 。
Up to date, people have been holding mistaken ideas during the process of recognizing the crime of manufacturing and selling shoddy commodities. In judicial practice, we should correctly understand the concept of this crime in order to accurately recognize it, and place stress on solving subjective criminal forms and the criteria of offences and crimes.
