摘要
世纪之初,知识经济时代初露端倪。知识经济的实质是:高新技术产业,其潜在资源是人的智力。因此重视教育,重视人才,重视学习,成为知识经济的主要特征之一。从某种意义上讲,知识经济将是一种教育型经济,学习型经济。由于现代社会信息发达,知识爆炸,所以,不能指望一次性学习而终身享用,必须建立终身教育体系。终身教育是知识经济之本,备受世界各国瞩目。终身教育必须注意三个问题:教育对象,受教育的对象应该是不带任何附加条件,凡地球公民都有受教育的权利;教育时间,受教育的时间应该贯穿于“生命的全过程”;教育范围,教育领域扩展为终身教育。要构建适合我国国情的终身教育体系。
We have entered into a period of knowledge economy at the beginning of this century.The essence of the knowledge economy is Hi-tech industry,whose potential resource is human intelligence.Thus focusing on education,talent and learning has become one of the main characteristics of knowledge economy.In a sense,the knowledge economy will be a kind of educating and learning economy.With the development of the advanced imformation and knowledge explosion in modern society,one could-nt satisfy his long-term goal.by expecting that learning temporily Therefore,lifelong education system must be set up.Lifelong education which is the basis of knowledge economy has been greatly valued by every country.Carrying out lifelong education should cover the following three aspects:the objects of education,i.e,all the citizens have the right to be educated without any additional restraint;period of education should extend to the whole life;and finally the scope of education should be further expanded into a lifelong education system suit-able in our country.
