摘要
高校图书馆实行开架借阅是借阅服务体制的发展趋势。要搞好开架书库的读者服务工作,工作人员就要提高自身的素质,满足读者的需求,更好地为读者服务。
The practice of opening shelves in high school library is the tendency of the borrowing reading system. In order to serve well for the readers, the staff has to improve them quality, satisfy the readers' demands, serve the reader better.
