摘要
目的运用选择性切断脊神经前根和后根的方法,建立单纯运动神经和感觉神经损伤的动物模型。方法选用成熟雌性Wistar大鼠分成前根切断组、后根切断组和混切组,选择性切断1侧L4-L6脊神经前根或/和后根,术后3周进行一般情况、电生理及神经组织学等观察,并作出综合评价。结果前根切断组远端的运动纤维发生溃变而感觉纤维仍正常;后根切断组远端的感觉纤维发生溃变而运动纤维仍正常;混切组远端的运动纤维和感觉纤维均发生溃变。结论选择性切断大鼠前根或后根完全能模拟单纯运动神经或者感觉神经的损伤效应,是进一步研究特殊类型神经损伤或疾病的理想动物模型。
Objectives To initiate the rat model of simple motor nerve and sensory nerve injury by selective anterior rhizotomy and posterior rhizotomy. Methods Mature female Wistar rats having unilateral selective radicotomy from L4 to L6 were divided into the anterior rhizotomy group (ART), the posterior rhizotomy group (PRT), and the radicotomy group (RT). Each model was evaluated by observing the changes of general condition, electrophysiological and neurohistological findings. Results Three weeks after the rat model established, the denaturation of the motor rami of radicula could found and the sensory fibers were still intact in ART. The denaturation of the sensory ramus of radicula occurred and the motor fibers were intact in PRT. Both the motor and the sensory rami of radicula were denatured in RT. Conclusions The rat modle of selective radicotomy can he used ideally in the research of simple motor nerve or sensory nerve injury.
