摘要
根据当前信息技术在图书馆的应用,以及网络环境下读者的新需求,从而提出馆员是一种全新的职业,将从原来的 职能转变成过滤角色、中介角色、助手和顾问角色等。
With the application of present information techniques to library, and the new demand of readers under the network circumstance, it is required that the role of a Librarian will be turned from the original function to a filter, medium,assistant and advisory role etc,This paper aims to give the facts that being a librarian will be a entirely new proferssion.
