摘要
背向滑步推铅球技术的习练者往往不能准确理解和掌握技术细节,因而不能协调用力。在教学和训练过程中,及时发现和纠正各个技术环节中存在的问题,使练习者清楚的认识到自己存在的问题并迅速的改正,是促进教学和提高训练成绩的关键。
The practitioner of the technology of back forward slippery step shot put often can not accurately understand and grasp techniques,thus can not coordinate to make efforts. In teaching and the course of training,it is the key of promoting the teaching and training records to find out the existent problem promptly and correct them in every technical link.
