摘要
我国高职文秘专业的教学与社会存在严重的脱节现象。文秘专业要发展,就必须加快改革步伐,明确培养目标,建构合理的课程体系,加快师资、实训室、实习基地、教材等方面的建设,以适应人才市场的需要。
The teaching of the specialty of secrefany in higher vocational schools is divorced from the society in our country. To develop the specialty of secretary depends on quickening the steps of reformation, clarifying the objectives of education, building up reasonable system of courses, speedening the construction of teaching force, training classrooms, practice basis and teaching materials in order to meet the needs of the market.
