摘要
文章从强度及变形两个方面论述以构造措施来保证建筑结构抗震第二水准设防目标。
According to the two aspects of structural intensity and demonstration, the paper dissertates that structural measures can assure the second anti-seismic level fortified purpose of architectural structure.
