摘要
财务动力机制是为了实现企业的财务目标而经历的动力传递过程和采取的激发动力的手段。理想的财务动力机制应是一个开放式的循环系统,从原动力经历动力传导带,采用有效的动力激发手段,其任何一个环节出问题都会导致整个动力机制的运转不畅。同时,这一循环系统受其所处环境的影响。我国国企经营者财务动力机制必须从整个动力链条进行重构。
Financial power system is a momentum transfer process to carry out financial goal and a measure to inspire power in enterprises. Perfect financial power system should be an open circulation system, from initial power to conduction belt, through effective inspiring measures to blaze interior power. If one part of the system gets wrong, the whole system will fail. Meanwhile, this circulation system is influenced by environments. Financial power system in China's state-owned enterprises must be re-structured from the whole chain of power.
