摘要
远程高等教育教师的角色是按“传统”的授课方式,还是及时进行远程特色的角色转换,仿佛已成为制约远程高等教育持续健康发展的核心问题。本文从关注基础理论问题入手,对教师必备素质、远程教学模式、教学过程和注重学生特点等方面进行了论述。
That, whether teachers working for distance education shoul d teach in a conventional way or should change their roles into roles with distanc e characteristics in time, seems to be a core question that will stop distance h igher education from developing continuously and healthily. Beginning with payin g attention to the primary theoretic questions, this paper will illuminate the f ollowing aspects: the makings that teachers must have, the distance teaching and learning mode, teaching and learning process, students' characteristics, and so on.
