摘要
多媒体语言实验室是利用先进的多媒体技术进行语言教学的一种特殊教育系统。它以多功能、多模式实现了语言教学手段的现代化。多媒体技术在大学英语听力教学中的运用有利于激发学生学习英语的兴趣;有利于加快教学节奏、增加语言输入和听说实践活动;有利于教师因材施教和学生个性化的学习;有利于教学方法的研究与改进。
Multimedia Language Laboratory is a special educational system of language teaching with the advanced technology of the computer science. Its multifunctions and multimodes contribute much to the modernization of language teaching approaches. Therefore its application in the teaching of college English listening course helps to arouse the students' learning interest, to speed up teaching rhythm, to increase language input, to initiate creative teaching and individual learning, and to take up the study and improvement of teaching methods.
