面向 2 1世纪的警察文化建设 ,必须以“以人为本”为宗旨 ,树立“修身、齐家、立业、安天下”的警察价值观念 ,确立起“决策、搭台、修正、共发展”的警察管理理念 ,选择一种融科学的“机制、资源、文化、学习力”
Facing the 21st century's construction of police culture,we should take “with human a basis” as tenet, set value idea of police of“improving oneself, settling family,establishing career, stabilizing the nation”, radicate police's managing ideas of “making decision,building ,revising and developing” and choose a durable developing strategy with “scientific system, resources, culture, the strength for learning” in it.
