摘要
在市场机制下,城市区位和个人经济能力将对社区变迁起主要作用。城市社区变迁使社区阶层分化加速。深入分析城市变迁原因和社区阶层化趋势关系,寻找相关对策,有助于我国的城市现代化建设。
Under the condition of market mechanism, the location of a city and people's individual economic abilities play the chief role in the changes of community, which accelerates the polarization of community classes. Thus, it's helpful to our urban modernization cause to have a deep analysis on the relations between the causes of urban changes and the class tendency of community, and to search for relating measures.
