摘要
针对微小流量难以测量的问题,研制成功了全自动微小流量测试仪用来自动测量通过毛细管的微小流量。该仪器以空气作为工作介质,使用自行研制的以PLC为核心的自动控制系统,间接测试微小流量。本文主要阐述了测试系统的基本工作原理,分析了系统的特性,介绍了仪器的实际物理构造。
In allusion to the complexity to measuring the minute flow rates in the capillary, automatic measure apparatus for minute flow rates is established. Having an antomation system that includes PLC as the core component, this apparatus that uses air as medium, measures the minute flow rates indirectly. The basic principle, characteristic of this system and an instance are introduced.
