摘要
为营造良好的科研环境,杜绝课题失真论文发表,结合《护理学杂志》近期课题失真论文的统计结果,分析了目前课题失真论文的表现形式:非第一作者跃为第一作者(非第一完成者论文);无课题申请号的一般文章投稿时标为课题论文(非本课题的其它论文);非课题组成员因在课题中起一定作用尔后写成的论文标为课题论文(非课题组成员论文);第一作者有关及无关课题的其它论文投稿时注明课题论文标记(第一作者的其它论文);有关及无关子课题论文标为课题论文(非子课题论文)。指出发生上述现象的成因为:缺乏科学道德素养、缺乏制约机制、编辑出版出现漏洞等 提出应加强作者科学道德素养,完善科研管理机制,把好编辑出版关等措施,以净化科研环境。
To build a favorable research atmosphere and put an end to publishing distortion theses, in this article the author analyzed the forms of distortion phenomena of science research theses on questions for study or discussion by analyzing articles in Journal of Nursing Science statistically. The author described four forms of distortion. The first one was that the non - first author became the first author (non - first completer thesis). The second one was that some commen theses had been marked as theses on questions for study or discussion when contributing (other common thesis not about question for study or discussion). The third one was that some other articles related or not related to questions for study or discussion finished by the first author had been marked as theses on questions for study or discussion when contributing (other thesis finished by the first author). The last form was that some articles related or not related to the sub- topic-had been marked as topic theses when contributing (non- topic thesis). Here the author pointed out some causes leading to those distortion phenomena at the same time which included being short of scientific morality attainment, absence of restricting mechanism and existing holes during editing or publishing. Finally, the author indicated that measures such as strengthening the authors' morality attainment, perfecting management mechanism in science research and checking on editing and publishing progress was effective steps to clean research atmosphere and develop nursing science
