The status in quo and challenges faced by nursing specialty in Hong Kong were introduced in the article and the author also discussed the whole environments around nursing specialty in Hong Kong. Moreover, the author discussed the reconstruction of the committee to plan nursing as a whole and the strategies to develop the nursing specialty in the article.
