摘要
针对某高层住宅楼屋面的渗漏问题,分析原因,结合实际,选用了与原屋面防水层SBS防水卷材相容的橡胶改性沥青防水涂料进行渗漏治理,效果良好。
Having analyzing causes for leaking in a high rise home building,a rubber modified bitumen waterproofing coating was selected,which is well compatible with existing SBS water-proofing membrane.Good results obtained from the treatment.
