摘要
研究了5-氯-苯并噻唑偶氮苯甲酸(5-Cl-BTAEB)与锰的显色反应,在pH5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,乳化剂OP存在下,5-Cl-BTAEB与Mn(Ⅱ)反应生成2∶1稳定络合物,其最大吸收波长为650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.53×105L·mol-1.cm-1。锰含量在0~440μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,方法用于测定粉煤灰中微量锰,结果与催化光度法相符,6次测定值RSD<4%。
The color reaction of manganese (Ⅱ) with 5-chloro-benzothiazolylazo benzoic acid (5-Cl-BTAEB) was studied. In the pH 5.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution with presence of OP,5-Cl-BTAEB could react with Mn(Ⅱ) to form a stable 2:1 complex,which shows a maximum absorption at 650 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.53×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.
