摘要
图书馆发展观的研究是图书馆学研究的一项重要内容。它的形成有两个基础,实践基础与理论基础,在图书馆实践的基础上形成对图书馆的认识,再以科学的理论为指导形成对图书馆发展的规律性认识。以图书馆发展动力观、状态观、走向观为图书馆发展观的内容框架,以图书馆物质层、工作层与文化层内容为框架内的内容方面,以辩证唯物主义为理论指导,对图书馆科学发展观做一尝试性探析。
