摘要
本文介绍了黑龙江省突发性环境污染事故应急系统,该系统具有信息查询、污染预测预报和系统维护等使用功能。对建立基础信息数据库、研制全省地理信息系统和开发突发性环境污染事故预报子系统等方面作了探讨。
The paper introduces emergency system of environmental pollution accidents of Heilongjiang Province.the system has the functions of information query,pollution forecast and system maintenance.The paper also discusses in establishing basic information database,developing geographical information system and environmental pollution accidents forecast system.
